The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, with standout service from Kennedy, the bell person. The location was convenient for exploring Savannah, although there were some lapses in typical hotel handling. The dining options were limited to the lobby restaurant, offering basic choices. Despite some downsides, the facilities were fulfilling, enhancing my stay.
