I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable, but I faced challenges with guest relations response time, leading to a skipped housekeeping service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, with standout service from Kennedy, the bell person. The location was convenient for exploring Savannah, although there were some lapses in typical hotel handling. The dining options were limited to the lobby restaurant, offering basic choices. Despite some downsides, the facilities were fulfilling, enhancing my stay.
The hotel had a thoughtful design and comfortable rooms with luxurious amenities, though the bathroom could use an update. The service was incredible, with a few minor exceptions. The location was great for exploring off the beaten path in Savannah, but some aspects were not up to par. The lobby restaurant serves delicious fresh cream cakes.
